Local Shipping
Where are the items located?
All items are located at our office at San Pablo City, Laguna and will be shipped from this location.
When do you ship items?
We ship items from Monday to Saturday. Purchases after 3 PM will be shipped on the next delivery day.
What's the turnaround time for delivery?
Refer to our delivery timetable for details. We'll inform you of any delays as advised by the courier.
How can I pay the shipping fee?
Shipping fees will be calculated on check-out. Confirm if you want pre-paid or Cash on Delivery/Pick-up when ordering via Facebook or Instagram.
Which courier do you use?
We use LBC for all local shipping. Express motorcycle services like Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, etc., are not available.

International Shipping
Where are the items located?

We ship items from Monday to Saturday. Purchases after 12 PM will be shipped on the next delivery day.
Are the shipping estimates final?
No, estimates provided by V-Loved are subject to evaluation by the courier.
When will I get the final shipping fee?
After purchase, we'll send the item to the courier for a final quotation. You have 24 hours for shipping fee payment.
Which courier do you use for international shipping?
We use FEDEX for all international shipping.
Are there any taxes or customs fees?
Please note that the you are responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.
